WOOHOO!! What a great June we had these past few weeks!! All the weekend sessions were huge successes, and last weekend brought us some of that good ol' Chocolate-y goodness in Choco-Madness on Saturday afternoon, and a B.Y.O.P. (Bake Your Own Pizza) in Mama Mia, Pizzeria on Sunday morning.
Not only did we have a blast conducting the weekend sessions, we also had a few special order requests freshly served =) A special weekday class was organized (yep, we do weekdays too!) by Leslie Koh and we had an extremely Egg-ceptional Breakfast fit for a King! (That's what Dad wants to be called this weekend!)
We also had a three-day Food Safari programme for PIES Schoolhouse, where we took them on field trips to a goat farm, a fruit & veggie farm, a hydroponics farm, and even a fish processing factory! We got to see how they milk nanny-goats, how papaya and banana trees look like, how we grow veggies without using soil, and we even got to taste some very yummy smoked salmon!! But of course, the most important part is they made No-Bake Cakes on the last day, and got to savour each bite of their sumptuous creation! They had lots and lotsa fun, and we had a blast looking after them too! Even the teachers enjoyed themselves tremendously, and that definitely calls for a good WOOHOO!!

What a treat we had this last Sunday, as we explored two of the best Western delights that make kids and adults alike go MM-MMMM!! We had a very yummy Pasta The Pasta! in the morning, and a simply delicious Hamburger Heaven in the afternoon.
Pasta the Pasta! (Our translated version of Pass the Pasta in Italian) was molto delizioso and we had Tuna Mushroom Melt as well as home-made Spaghetti & Meatballs that made even OUR mouths water!
Hamburger Heaven was true to its name, and all the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves making chicken and beef burgers that looked SO TEMPTING, we wished we had made our own burgers to try at the end of the lesson!
Our June holiday schedule is halfway through (boo hoo!), but don't forget to check out our July schedule coming your way soon!!

Our first weekend (after our trial classes) was a roaring success!!
Pancake Parade on Saturday morning was simply divine - mini-pancakes that were 0h-so fluffy, plus rich strawberry sauce and caramelized banana to go on top!! Mmm mmmm =) Breakfast will NEVER be the same again! THe kids were a blast as usual , and Andrew even showed off his mastery of the frying pan by flipping his pancake successfully! Even Uncle Greg didn't dare try that!!
Sunday afternoon brought along No Bake Cakes, which was equally yummy, and certainly no less fun. The kids made quick progress with both the Chocolate Biscuit Cake and the Pineapple Cheese Cake, but the best part was decorating their pieces!! All of them turned out to be mouth-watering and so pretty! The kids got to bring home their very own masterpieces labelled as gifts to whomever they chose!
All in all, it was a fun-filled weekend for us and the kids, and a great start to the June Holiday series of Cookademy classes. Once again, we'd like to thank all of you for your support and we hope to see you at a Cookademy class soon!!!
